Pastoral Prayer for Ministry Assignment

Father, I begin by praising your Holy name with the fruit of my lips; for you are worthy of all of my praise and adoration (Hebrews 13:15; Psalms 18:3).  I pray that in all of my endeavors that the Kingdom of God is manifested and my Lord Jesus Christ is magnified.

Father, we come to you now specifically regarding this ministry assignment that you have given to me.  I thank you that you have deemed me faithful and a good steward to bestow this great honor upon me (1 Tim. 1:12).

Father, I dare not lay one stone in this assignment without the empowerment of your Holy Spirit, the guidance of your hand, and the direction of your voice.  For it is written:  “Except the LORD build the house, they labor in vain that build it…” (Psalms 127:1)

Therefore I ask today that you give unto me the spirit of wisdom and revelation in the knowledge of you (Eph. 1:17-18); cause my spiritual eyes to be enlightened to know what is the hope of your calling and the riches of your glorious inheritance within the saints, and the exceeding greatness of your power.

And by the authority that you have given me according to  Job 22:28, I decree that Kingdom Revealed Ministries…

  • Is blessed and anointed to prosper beyond my human mind and imagination (Eph.3:20)

  • That every endeavor is full to capacity with believers who have a great desire to you’re your love and make your love known.

  • That every teaching is anointed with a life-changing message from God, empowered by the Holy Spirit to equip and prepare the saints for your will  (Eph. 4:12; Colos1:25)

  • That every staff member, volunteer and worker is committed, serves in excellence, walks in love, and operates in the wisdom of God (1 John 4:17)

  • That every resource and financial need is met according to your riches in glory in Christ Jesus (Philip. 4:19)

  • That every satanic plot, scheme and device that rises against this ministry is identified, bound, uprooted and cast out in the name of Jesus, never again to return;  for no weapon formed against this ministry shall prosper (Luke 10:19; Matt. 16:19; Isaiah 54:17 ).

  • And now Father I thank you for giving us the “anointing to finish” and I declare by faith that I shall arrive at your expected end regarding this assignment, for it is my meat to do your will and finish your work (John 3:34).

Now as an heir of God and joint heir with Christ Jesus, I expect to see the evidence of all that has been decreed today.  We call the angels of the Lord that excel in strength and do hearken to the voice of His word, to perform what has been spoken today.   Father, I ask that you do exceeding, abundantly above what I have asked or even thought in accordance to the power that is at work within me.  In Jesus ‘name, I receive it done, Amen! (Romans 8:17; Psalms 103: 20; Ephesians 3:20)
